All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00pm are processed and dispatched same day. However we might not be able to process same day in busy period. Orders placed for bespoke items, it usually takes 4 to 5 weeks but please refer to the individual product page description for the time period. Bespoke items might take some extra time so please place your order at least 2 months prior to your event.

Free Local Delivery:

Free local delivery for all orders over £30. Free local delivery available for only LU1, LU2, LU3 and LU4 postcodes. Same day delivery if ordered before 12PM. 

Click & Collect:

UK Mainland Delivery:

£5.99 for all orders under £60 and free delivery over £60, only mainland UK. Delivery time 3-5 working days after dispatch(it can take more days in busy period).

We have not started next day or urgent delivery yet.

EU Delivery:

£15 for all orders under £100 and free delivery above £100. Delivery time 5-7 working days (it can take more days in busy period).

Rest of the world Delivery:

£25 for all orders under £150 and free delivery above £150. Delivery time 5-10 working days depending on your country and delivery system (it can take more days in busy periods).
